Hi, I’m Craig, a web designer with over 20 years of experience building and managing websites.

I started coding at 14 using FrontPage Express and building sites on GeoCities for friends’ bands. What began as a hobby quickly became a career. I’m largely self-taught and later earned a BA (Hons) in Digital Media Art from the University of Bath.

My first role was with the ecommerce company Active Robots, where I created HTML product pages, photographed products, produced Flash animations, and edited demonstration videos. There was also some umbrella sites using Zencart that I also maintained.

I later worked at Thermaglaze on graphic design projects including brochure design, advert design, leaflet design, signage, vehicle livery, and web design.

I currently work at ExpertAgent / Zoopla / Alto Software Group, where I build and manage over 650 estate agent websites across the UK and overseas using Joomla, developing custom templates as well as maintaining modules and plugins.

In March 2017 Expert Agent was aquired by Zoopla, which rebranded the website team as 'Zoopla Websites', our part of the business moved to Alto Software Group in Feburary 2026 and was rebranded as 'ASG Websites'.

Occasionally I will do freelance work for friends and family or if something takes my interest. This also gives me chance to build on other CMS's like Wordpress
